He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Haworth; his children, Jerry (Susie), Linda Sweet (Steve), Rodney (Patty) and Ric (Cindy); his grandchildren, Dan Call (Angie), Catherine Calvin, Tyleen Degele (Josh), Mandy Armstrong (Sam), Nicole Brown (JK), Chrissy Lennon (Jason), Marc Rodriguez and Kaiya Rodriguez; and his siblings, Virginia Damori (Jim), Patricia Roorda (Reggie) and Roger Rodriguez. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
