He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Webber and Clara Webber (Dietz); his sisters, Betty Reynolds and Shirley Turner; his brother-in-law Lynn Elwood; and his great grandchild Caden Ratcliff.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Morrison; his sister Lela Elwood; his children, Tammy (Russ), Bobby (Cyndi), Kim (Ernie) and Larry (Betty); and his grandchildren, Mandy, Joshua, Dusty Ratcliff, Aaron, Alicia, Katy Webber, Alex, Zane Copenhaver, Tyler and Kyle Webber.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Powell Senior Citizen Center Building Fund, the American Heart Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
