It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Earl Halcomb of Rawlins, Wyoming, born in Miracle, Kentucky, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Halcomb and Frances Hoskins Halcomb; and his siblings, Deanna Coop and Gary Wendel Halcomb. He is survived by : his wife Connie Jean Wilder Halcomb; his children, Brian Halcomb and Shana Hodgins; his grandchildren, Anthony Halcomb, Ashlyn Halcomb, Landon Halcomb, Hayley Bouman, Monica Gonzalez, Hailey Macintosh and Madison Hodgins; his great grandchildren, Lilliann Wieburg, Marcel Herman and NJ Rimmer; and his siblings, Janice Brock, Sheila Britten and Eddie Halcomb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
