He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Witzel and Lorna Irene Witzel (Shedlock); his former wife Darla Jean Frein; and his son Quentin Joe Witzel. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Norsworthy; his children, Elmer J. Witzel II (Sarah), Ronald Craig Norsworthy (Julie), Jason James Norsworthy (Billie Jo) and Kimberly K. Settlemire (Rodney); and his sister Linda Paulson (Rodney Paulson). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
