She was predeceased by: her former husband Louis Edward Perea; her daughter Dena Jean Smith; her parents, Ellen Rose Brown-Smith and Pedro Garcia; her siblings, Merle Durgin, Charles Manderson, Glenn Smith Sr. and Catherine Friday; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Manderson, Vernon Manderson, Rosanne Manderson, Eugenia Monroe and Terri Lynn Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Darwin James Perea, Teresa Hembrough, Trina Louise Ramirez and Candida Rose White; her siblings, Ritchard McFarland Garcia, Laron (Linda Montoya), Antonio (Raylene Montoya), Martin Joe (Rebecca Montoya), Pedro Garcia Jr., Alfreda J. Smith-Parejo, Geraldine L. Monroe, Phyllis (Rudy Garcia) and Juanita Garcia; her grandchildren, Shielyn Rose Perea, Curtis Russell Oldman-Perea, Louis James Oldman, Alvin Thomas Seminole and Teresa; Chelsea, Logan, Bo, Hunter Hembrough, Serena Darlin'Perea, Cecilia Jordan Dee Rodriguez, Anne Angela White, Alfred James Smith and Bradley Louis Smith.
