With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecilia Kasper of Riverton, Wyoming, born in Casper, Wyoming, who passed away on April 17, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Nellie Miles (Kerr) and James Miles; and her brother James Miles. She is survived by : her husband Thomas Kasper; her children, James Kasper (Kelley) of Riverton, Timothy Kasper (Kim) of Atchison, Kansas, N. Susan Kasper (Chris Wright) of Riverton and Anna Kasper-Wolfe (Ed) of Riverton; her grandchildren, Bo Kasper (Christina) and Kimberly Appelgate; her stepgranddaughters, Tami, Jeni and Amy; her great grandchildren, Landon, Macey, Madison, Kaitlyn, Serenity and Sterling; and her siblings-in-law, John Kasper (Nadine) of Riverton and Patricia Cheney of Casper, Wyoming..

In lieu of flowers the family ask donations be made to St. Jude Childrens' Hospital, St. Joseph's Children Home in Torrington or St. Stephen's Catholic Church, in care of Davis Funeral Home 2203 West Main Street, Riverton, Wyoming 82501.
