She is survived by: her children, Kelly John Osborne (Debbie), Michael Scott Osborne (Maureen), Cynthia Osborne and Jody Mary Campbell (Scott); her granddaughter Hannah Thoman (Bryan); her children, Thomas Osborne (Melena), Mary Smith (Levi), Hank Osborne (Lanna), Elsie Campbell, Michaela Osborne and Zachary Osborne; her great grandchild Cordel Smith; and her grandchildren, Stetson Smith, Josie Smith, Gentry Smith, Wacey Osborne and Kelly Ray Osborne.
A reception will be held at the Reach Foundation Center following the burial.
