He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Erwin and Frances Magdalene Mills (Sedlacek); his wife Alyce Marie Carsten; and his siblings, Charles Duane Mills and Lavina Kersch-Bishop.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Mills (Nancy), Timothy Mills, Jennifer Rees (Gary), Samuel Mills (Fran), Arthur Mills (Kathy), Sheila Hankins (Bert) and Rodney Mills (Heather). He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Missouri Valley Fire Hall.
