She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Spoon and Mildred Starr Spoon; her former husband Ernest Edward Randall; her husband Frank Milton Miller; her sons, Ernest Zack Randall and Joe Miller; and her grandchildren, Shye Miller and Julie Ann Jivelekas.
She is survived by: her children, Emma "Tez" Skinner (John) of Casper, Jean "Sissy" Herbst of Riverton, Ed Miller and David John Miller. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the local Riverton Veterans organization, in care of Davis Funeral Home, 2203 West Main Street, Riverton, Wyoming 82501.
