He is survived by: his children, Allen Smith (Jill Holcomb), Deonne Smith, Michael Smith (Kristi Smith), Lori Jo Roberts (Lynn) and Annie Mann (Mike Mann); his grandchildren, Brion Smith (Katie Smith), Heather Mortensen (Tyler Mortensen), Joni Mathis (Nolan Mathis), Bill Smith (Ann Marie Smith), Katie Smith, Erin Smith, Eric Roberts, Kody Mann (Janessa Mann), Kelli Mendez (Jonathan Mendez), Abbi Smith and Michael L. Smith, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Maeve Mathis, Wyatt and Riley Mortensen.
