With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jennifer Kay Johnson of Riverton, Wyoming, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Donald Uptagrafft, Alvin and Edna Hohn; and her aunt Charlene Greenway. She is survived by: her friend Jenn; her husband Michael Johnson; her daughters, Nora and Remi; her parents, Jeff Hohn and Lisa Hohn; and her siblings, Josh Hohn and Jessica Wells. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
