He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Walters Sr. and Edna Leona Walters (Miller); his son Kenny Walters, Jr.; and his siblings, Marian, Lefty and Hank Walters.

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Ann Woodward (Montana); his daughters, Debbie Smartt (Johnny) and Linda Kirby (Scott); and his brother Don Walters. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
