Mikel Emerson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mikel Emerson of Riverton, Wyoming, who passed away on December 9, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl, Betty Hutchinson, Lloyd and Lyla Emerson. He is survived by: his parents, Lester Emerson (Christy Connolly) and Anita Emerson (Hutchinson); his wife Clarisa Dawn Emerson of Riverton, Wyoming; his sons, Tyler Emerson (Bailey Grant) of Pavillion and Shane Emerson of Riverton; his mother-in-law Terry Aiken; his sister-in-law Sara Aiken; his brothers, Duke Emerson (Kylie) and Daniel Emerson (Andrea); his nieces, Brylie and Brooklynn; and his pet Tippy. He is also survived by numerous extended family members, including aunts, uncles, and cousins.
