With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norban R. Biffle (Riverton, Wyoming), born in Trinidad, Colorado, who passed away on December 12, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Norban may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Norban touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, N. T. Biffle and Hattie Biffle; his wife Donna Biffle; and his former wife Marge Biffle. He is survived by: his children, Kristin Wilson (Brad Wilson), Tom Biffle and Lana Meeks (Dave Meeks); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Biffle, Kamri Biffle, Bailey Wilson, Taci Wilson, Jenna Meeks and Ryan Meeks. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
