We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2023, at the age of 83, Sara Loizer of Riverton, Wyoming, born in Anchorage, Alaska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Tex Black and Lillian Black (Cogdell); her brother Tim Black; her son Kenny Coburn; and her husband Bob Lozier.

She is survived by : her brothers, Tom Black and Buzz Thurber; her children, Denice Sheer-Fabrizius (Bill), Grant Scheer and Cliff Coburn (Rose); her grandchildren, Amber, Ryan, Danni, Hayley, Sean, Curtis, Crista, Donavan, Delaney, Chancy, Jed, Marisha and Jessica; and her great grandchild Kaleb.

Memorials may be made to donor's choice in care of Davis Funeral Home, 2203 West Main Street, Riverton, WY 82501.
