With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thale Ellison (Riverton, Wyoming), born in Worland, Wyoming, who passed away on February 8, 2020 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thale Ellison to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ellison and Virginia Ellison (Huffard); his sister Vicky Ellison; and his parents-in-law, John and Lillian Rossi.

He is survived by: his wife Kathi Ellison; his sons, Trevor Ellison (Amber) and Brandon Ellison; his grandchildren, Jackson Ellison, Trenton Ellison and Ana Ellison; and his siblings, Farrell Ellison (Peggy) of Phoenix, AZ, Holly Janson (Keith) of Shoshoni and Cheryl Frisbee of Riverton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Davis Funeral Home, 2203 West Main Street, Riverton, WY 82501.

“Monty was like a father to me growing up and he and Kathy were always there to help me and my mom and sister over the years. Growing up across the street from the Ellison family was a gift. Trevor and I played with his awesome He-Man action figures and Monty watched over all of us. He took me to a Father-Daughter dinner when I was at the most awkward age of my life and made me feel like I had a Dad again. My heart goes out to Kathy, Trevor, and Brandon and all the rest of the family.”
