We bid farewell to Thomas Hernandez of Riverton, Wyoming, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 9, 2025 at the age of 66. Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Enez Hernandez and Georgia Hernandez (Abeyta); and his sister Cricket Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Barbette Hernandez; his children, Michael Hernandez (Lauren), Toby Smith, Tyler Smith (Krysta), Travis Smith (Nashira) and Jamie Slyter (Eric); his brothers, Phillip Hernandez (Kay) and Tim Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Chloe Morlang, Curtis Smith, Sophia Smith and Tallula Smith.
He retired when COVID-19 hit but found joy in his role as "Poppa" to his grandchildren, a wonderful father to all his children, and a devoted husband.
