He is survived by: his wife Alice Paul of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his daughter Wendy Elmer of Casper, Wyoming; his brother Jesse Paul of Texas; his brother-in-law Bob Zotti of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his grandson Keaton Elmer of Casper, Wyoming; and his nieces and nephews, Rob Zotti (Joanne), Brad Zotti (Stacy), Jay Paul (Janis), Kari Naone (Charlie) and Kari Blomberg.
