She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph "Rudy" Anselmi and Louise F. Anselmi (Shuster); her husband Tom Lockhart of Anthony's Catholic Church; and her sisters, MaryLou and Jeri.
She is survived by: her children, Frances Brinkman (Matthew), Tom Lockhart (Jennifer), Ted Lockhart (Liz) and Gini Lockhart-Pedersen (Dag). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
