He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert McCalvy and Georgietta McCalvy; his son Tom; and his grandson Isaiah. He is survived by : his wife Rhonda of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his son Shawn McCalvy (Kristina) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Xander, Emma and Kayla; his brothers, Michael and Paul of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his caregiver Cassandra; and also, Seandra and Isabel. He is also survived by numerous friends and relatives.
