Richard P. Savala Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard P. Savala of Rock Springs, Wyoming, who passed away on May 18, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Savala and Willetta Savala; his grandmother Lyda Dickson (John); his aunts and uncles, Lorraine Millburn, Florence McGinnis, Mae Dykes, Margaret Good, Ruth Jones, James Phillips and Edward Phillips; his nephew Joseph Daniel Savala; his grandparents, Henry and Marianna Savala; and his uncle Henry (Colleen Savala).
He is survived by: his son Steve Savala (Stevo) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his girlfriend Char Mauk of Arvada Colorado; his siblings, Robert D. Savala of Clark, Wyoming, Janice Buchanan (Terry "Uncle) and Gale Baker of Colorado; and his grandsons, Richie Savala (Rylee Wallwork) of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Julian Savala of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Christopher Savala of Rock Springs, Wyoming. He is also survived by several cousins; nieces and nephews.
