He was predeceased by: his daughter Shaylakay Crockett; his grandparents, James "Jamie" A., Edna Owens, Scott and Mildred Lowrance; and his uncle David Owens.
He is survived by: his parents, Betty Lowrance of Galesburg and James "Jimmy" Owens of Indonesia; his children, Wyatt Crockett and Annalynn Crockett; and his brothers, James Scott Owens of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Robert Shawn (Maliha Owens) of Casper, Wyoming and Michael Andrew Owens (Maret) of Galesburg. He is also survived by one granddaughter, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully requests donations be made in Stephen's memory to the Red Desert Humane Society, 310 Yellowstone Road, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901, reflecting his generous spirit and love for animals.
