She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas B. Lake and Betty Jean Mueller (Logan); her stepfather Jack Mueller; and her former husband John Turnwall. She is survived by: her children, Chris Turnwall (Mellisa) of Patterson, California, Toni Jelaco (Jason) and Kelly Turnwall; her grandchildren, Payton Boudra (Dylan), Kyndall Turnwall, John Turnwall, JT Doherty, Jazymine Doherty and Renae Walker; her great grandchildren, Emylee, Rhett and Piper Boudra; her brother Ken Lake; her sibling's children, Melanie Lake and Tommy Lake; and her cousin Jerry Munk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family asks that donations be made to the Rock Springs High School Softball Team, 1375 James Dr, Rock Springs Wyoming 82901, a cause that was close to Terri's heart.
