He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Facinelli and Elsa Sander; his former wife Barbara Wright; his children, William "Bill" Facinelli, Robert "Bob" Facinelli and Debbie McGarvey (Tom) of Rock Springs; and his brothers, John Jack Facinelli and Richard Facinelli.
He is survived by: his wife Margene Facinelli of Rock Springs; his children, Carla Perez (Paul) of Rock Springs and Ernest Bennett; his grandchildren, Dana Whalen (David), Lindsey Facinelli, Brady Seymour (Kimi), Devin DiTullio (Katie), Derek DiTullio (Michelle), Jason Parker (Erin) and Jenece Flores (Marco); and his great grandchildren, Bailey Whalen, Olivia Whalen, Jackson Facinelli (Ellie) and Cole Seymour (Alex).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church (116 Broadway St, Rock Springs, WY 82901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
William's family respectfully requests donations in his memory be made to the Red Desert Humane Society, 310 Yellowstone Road, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901.
