She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Koch and Catherine Koch; her husband Paul Showers; her siblings, Pauline Achenbach, Rachel Achenbach, Albert Bitters, Irene Wolvin, Rose Rotellini, Elfreda Williams, Gladys Madron, Clarence Koch and Adeline Clark; and her stepdaughter Debbi Jackson.
She is survived by: her sister Florence Weibel (Ray); her children, Jerry Burgess (Val), Dan Burgess (Susie), Joyce Garris and Diana Cornthwaite (Lyle); her stepson Paul Jr. Showers (Nita); her grandchildren, Helene, Shannon (Kevin), Stephanie (Jason), Kimberly (Greg), Dane (Jahnel), Emily (Brady), Danielle (Josh) and Josh; and her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer (Josiah), David, Paul III and Amy Jai. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
