He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Leo (Tommaso Capua) and Nellie Leo (Ellen Morrissey); his wife Sharon Woodhead; and his siblings, Tom, Kathleen, Eileen, Betty and Josie.

He is survived by: his children, Deb Pfau (Greg), Jim Leo Jr., Rob Leo (Shirley) and Tami Jelly. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren along with numerous nephews and nieces.

In lieu of cards and flowers, a small donation can be made in his honor to the Dog and Cat Shelter of Sheridan Wyoming, 84 E. Ridge Rd., Sheridan, Wyoming.
