Joan Elaine Bentzen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Elaine Bentzen (Sheridan, Wyoming), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Elaine Bentzen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence D. Sidie and Verna Thiel Sidie; her stepmother Bernice; and her brother Don. She is survived by: her children, Scott and Pamela (Gene); her grandchildren, Bren, Austin (Miranda), Kayla (Lucas) and Aaron; and her great grandchildren, James, Weston, Jordy and Dax. She is also survived by her three nieces and one nephew.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Episcopal Church (1 S Tschirgi St, Sheridan, WY 82801).
Memorial donations may be made to the Daughters of the Nile or to Rotary for Polio.
