He is survived by: his wife Lynette Smith; his children, Eric (Annie Mortensen), Benjamin, EvaLyn (Kyle Jennings) and Lydia; his grandchildren, Faith, Alex, Maia, Keelee, Caleb, Jace, Zoe, Luke, Paizley, Emma, Emree, Izzy and Paige; and his siblings, Evone Birch, Wilma Johnson, Charles (Eileen), Alden (Peggy) and Jared (Kathryn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
