He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald L. Fink and Luella M. Harbor Fink. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Halsted; his children, Amy Fink and Jeff Fink (Wendy); his grandchildren, Matthew, Kathleen and Christine; and his siblings, Roger Fink (Susan) and Debra Tripp (Tom).

A rosary was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Name Catholic Church (260 E Loucks St, Sheridan, WY 82801). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
