She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Beall and Ray Webber; her sister Rita R. Wambeke; and her granddaughter Jessica N. Belus. She is survived by: her sons, David J. Belus (Leslie) and Mark K. Belus (Dena); her siblings, Valerie Hieb and Kurt Webber; her grandchildren, Bryan (Lela), Jacob Belus (Emily) and Heather Bradford (Isaac); and her great grandchildren, Henry, Sandra, Maren, Liam and Clyde Belus. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Champion Kane Funeral Home (689 Meridian St, Sheridan, WY 82801). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Sandy would like donations to be made in her name to the Sheridan College Agriculture Program.
