It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Ray of Sundance, Wyoming, who passed away on November 26, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Jeannette departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jeannette may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeannette leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clifford Buchanan and Glenda Marie Vinzant. She is survived by: her sons, Ed Ray (Raelene) and Tony Ray (Susan); her sister Shirley Jones; and her husband John Ray. She is also survived by her two grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
