He is survived by: his wife Bonita Hayworth of Spearfish; his stepson Micky Carr of Spearfish; his granddaughters, Carrissa Cuesta and Maddison Carr; his nieces, Bonnie Tietsort and Brenda Huseby; his great-nephews, Pete Huseby, Patrick Wald and Jordon Kari; his sister Betty Hayworth; and his niece Becky Zerbst.
