He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Dana and Lowell Jensen (Star Valley Hospital); his siblings, Margene, Cheryl, Helen and Boyd; and his significant other Carla.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Jensen, Debbie Jensen, Patty Wolfley and Paul Jensen. He is also survived by family; he leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
