She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Murrain and Mabel Murrain (Coleman); and her siblings, Leonard, Mitch Murrain and Marianne Murrain.

She is survived by : her children, Travis Dixon, Royce Umbdenstock, Amy Dixon and Jeri Umbdenstock; and her sisters, Opal Ellis-McCollum and Virgie Overgaard. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
