He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Wiley and Ethel Wiley; his former wife Carol Hornick; and his wife Delores Williams. He is survived by: his children, Marsha and Chad; his stepchildren, Debra Mitchell (Steve), Dean Williams (Kathy) and Diane Welch; his siblings, Carol Boots (Dick), Marilyn Leech (Ray), Rev. Terry Wiley (Tina) and Frank; his sister-in-law Cathie Paxton; Dick. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Monument Hill Cemetery (105 Airport Rd, Thermopolis, WY 82443).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Worland Senior Center.
