He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Hoffman and Edris Hoffman (Kratochwill); his son Stephen Hoffman; and his brother Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Faye Hoffman of Thermopolis; and his children, Ronnie Hoffman of Thermopolis, Greg Hoffman (Connie) of Thermopolis, Roxann Pharris (Michael) of Colorado Springs, Colo, Jennifer Strege (Erich) and Doug Hoffman (Shellee) of Logan, Utah. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the T-Town Cancer Crusaders or to a charity of your choice.
