William leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. William’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Anton and Virginia "Fern" Owens Murchison Thoren. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Feighny Thoren; and his children, Tracey Van Heule, Alissa Bucher, Dan Thoren, Bruce Thoren and Scott Thoren.
