She was predeceased by: her father Harley Mark; and her brother-in-law Paul Martinez. She is survived by: her daughter Shelby Smith (Tanner); her grandchildren, Harlee Smith, Wyatt Smith and Madisyn Smith; her mother Joanne Mark; and her sisters, Wendy Martinez and Tammy Cearns (Donny). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
