It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Eileen Zavorka (Torrington, Wyoming), who passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hawley and Elsie Hawley (Barkman); her siblings, Elsie Mae Cofer and Floyd Hawley; and her siblings-in-law, Don Davis, George Urbanek, Wencel Zavorka, Louis Zavorka, Frank Zavorka, Johnie Donbraska, Ernie Wilkins, Johnie Rutar, Jim Votava, Joe Zavorka, Louise Urbanek, Evelyn Zavorka, June Zavorka, Ruth Zavorka, Toni Donbraksa and Ann Votava.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Zavorka; her children, Melany Hughes (Rob), Chuck Zavorka (Paula), Veronica Mongeon (Michael), Jon Zavorka (Kristy) and Susan Eacret (Kurt); her grandchildren, Nolan Zavorka, Alexis Magbee (Harry), Casey Zavorka, Maggie Hughes, Kaylee Hughes, Liberty Zavorka, Piper Zavorka and Quincy Eacret; her great grandchild Ila Magbee; her sister Charlene Davis; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Cofer, Joyce Hawley, Marjorie Zavorka and Mary Rutar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Colyer Funeral Home (2935 Main St, Torrington, WY 82240). A rosary will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the St Rose Catholic Church (605 E 22nd Ave, Torrington, WY 82240-2527). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial has been established to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson Foundation, under her name.
