He was predeceased by : his mother Joyce Kirchhefer; his stepmother Shelly Kirchhefer; and his grandparents, Dick, Mary Kirchhefer, Earl, Eleanor Werner and Laura Werner.

He is survived by : his wife Windy Kirchhefer; his father Gary Kirchhefer; his sister Joylene Anderson (Brent); his sons, Skyler, Cole and Josh Kirchhefer; his stepchildren, Britney Krick, Bee Krick, Brice Krick, Jacob and Julian Preston; his grandchildren, Reverie, Britton, Barrett Kirchhefer and Rowan Herrera; his nephew Caleb; and his nieces, Abigail and Faith Anderson. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rendezvous Center (4740 US-26 #85, Torrington, WY 82240).
