He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Flock and Lillian Flock (Altig); his brother O'Leary; and his brothers-in-law, Alan Utter and Larry Ryan.
He is survived by : his sister-in-law Beverly Flock of Torrington; his sisters, Sharon Utter of Wheatland and Theil Ryan of Torrington; his niece Sandra Utter of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming; and his nephews, Wade Utter (Angie) of Wheatland and Shawn Ryan of Lingle, Wyoming..
Memorials may be given to Goshen County 4-H. The Colyer Funeral Home assisted the family with the cremation arrangements.
