He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Yorges and Berneice Yorges (Woodard); his wife Dorothy; and his siblings, Myra Ann Lively and Bob Yorges.

He is survived by: his sister Clara Lou Smith of Worland; his children, Marty Yorges (Georgene), Becky Reyes (Richard), Lori Weyrich (Rod) and Vicky Stovall (Ed); and his grandchildren, Jenna Krul (Ryan), Colin Yorges (Emily), Alisa Wilmoth (Gerald), Shelby Clason (Chance), Haley Hayes, Paige Turner (Seth) and Bailey Fair (Mackenzie). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established for Goshen County 4-H and Evergreen Plaza Assisted Living.
