With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James F. Rodenberger (Torrington, Wyoming), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on October 10, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Rodenberger and Mildred Rodenberger (Greenwalt); and his wife Myrna. He is survived by: his brother Jack Rodenberger of Denver, Colorado; his daughter Carrie (CJ); his son-in-law Mike Grooms of Fort Laramie, Wyoming; his son Rick; and his daughter-in-law Traci Rodenberger of Lingle, Wyoming. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous additional family members.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colyer Funeral Home Chapel (2935 Main St, Torrington, WY 82240).
