He was predeceased by : his sister Olga; and his father-in-law Harley Mark. He is survived by : his spouse Lorenda Mark (Wendy); his stepchildren, Dustan Mark (Airian) of Casper and Heather Ojeda (Trevor) of Torrington; his grandchildren, Berkleigh Mark of Guernsey, Jazzmyn Demos and Atlas Mark of Casper; his mother Norma; his stepfather Rick Drury of Brighton, Colorado; his father Edwin Otero of Sunnydale; his stepgrandmother Betty Davenport; his siblings, Lucio Martinez, Ernesto (Renee), George (Lisa), Arthur (Nancy), Dan, Mike (Cora), Melba, Guadalupe (Phil), Diane (Harvie) and Wyoma; and his brother-in-law David. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the family to be decided on at a later date.
