He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Kostelc and Ray Moss. He is survived by: his siblings, Bennie Otero (Diann), Edwin Otero (Karen Thayer) and Patsy Velazquez (Antonio); and also Bobby. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Saint Rose Catholic Church or Our Lady of Guadalupe.
