He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Winter and Frances Winter; his wife Ginnie; his siblings, Cleo Winter and Betty Winter; his siblings-in-law, Gene and Nadine Ingram; his granddaughter Kristina Bolles; and his siblings' children, Travis Ingram and Stephanie Schneider.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lenoue (Mike) and Dennis Winter (Sally); his brother-in-law Robert Schneider (Barb); his daughters, Kim (Randy) and Kelli (Scott); his grandchildren, Travis (Cara), Lauren (Matt), Madi, Braden (Katie) and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Kobie, Atticus James, Lula, Kaden, Cole and Bennet.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Upton Community Center (916 Ash St, Upton, WY 82730).
