He is survived by: his children, Beth McElmury (Randy), Christine Helvik (Karl), David Solie, Mark Solie (Cande) and Sharon Ward. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 3 of whom are in heaven, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ballard Funeral Home (636 19th St, Cody, WY 82414-2136). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (1721 Gulch St, Cody, WY 82414). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wapiti Valley Church (3122 N Fork Hwy, Cody, WY 82414).
