He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Spiker and Patricia Spiker; and his brother Bradley. He is survived by: his wife Maria Teresa Spiker; his daughter Patsy Spiker (Brody Webb); his grandchildren, Edward Olson, Lily Grange, Landon Younge and Violet Webb; and his brothers, Bryon Spiker, Brandon Spiker (Kim) and Brett Spiker (Amy).
