He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Billings and June Billings (Whipple); and his son-in-law Ray Grange. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie; and his children, Debbie Collier (TC) of Quartzsite, Arizona, Terry Billings (Nancy) of Greybull, Wyoming, Christi Grange of Wheatland and Becky Souza (Pat) of Wheatland. He is also survived by eleven grandkids; and twenty-two great grandkids.
