He was predeceased by: his parents, A. "Bud" Belding and Virginia Belding (Vaughan); his wife Cheryl; and his sister Cathy Moorhead of Greybull, WY.. He is survived by: his daughters, Ginny Rieger (Chad) of Sheridan, WY and Mandi Williams (Ryan) of Sheridan, WY; and his sister Jane Cox (Dave) of Richmond, IN. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
